With a background in U.S. real estate, she began her career at eXp Realty and gained invaluable experience working with the Johnson Team in Savannah, Georgia helping clients navigate one of the country’s most dynamic markets. It wasn’t until she made the life changing decision to move from the United States to Lagos, Nigeria, that she truly discovered her purpose. The transition was anything but easy. She struggled to find a home, reliable information, or transparent support constantly feeling like key details were being withheld. That experience lit a fire in her to create something different. She founded Global Properties by Ify & Co. to be the trustworthy middleman for others in the same situation. Whether they’re planning a trip, relocating from abroad or managing property from afar, Global Properties bridge the gap with integrity, providing hands-on services, property oversight, and real estate guidance for clients who deserve honesty, clarity, and peace of mind in the Nigerian real estate market.
